its 645 after interchanging we get 546

after interchanging first and 3rd digits in all numbers,it will be in the following form..385 546 693 782 964.
and then arranging in ascending order then we get in the order of 964 782 693 546 385,so from the above series 782 is in 2nd position,that means 287 is the answer.
