2^2 -1 =3
3^2 =9
4^2 -1 =15
5^2 =25
6^2 -1 =35
7^2 =49
8^2 -1 =63
9^2 =81
10^2 -1=99

1+2=3
3+6=9
9+6=15
15+10=25
25+10=35
35+14=49
(2,6,6,10,10,14,14,18,18.................and so on ithink

Difference b/w the digits in a order like- 1-3=2; 9-3=6; 15-9=6; 25-15=10; 35-25=10; so this type series will continue in the same order - 2,6,6,10,10,14,14,18,18,22. So the new series will be 1,3,9,15,25,35,49,63,81,99,121.
121 will be the 10th term of the given series.

why can not we take the difference as 2,6,6,10,10,10,14,14,14,14,18,18-------
every time one term is increasing that first one 2,two 6s,three 10s,four 14s

1=1^2, 3=(2^2)-1, 9=3^2, 15=(4^2)-1...... so 49=7^2

Difference between the digits is 2,6,6,10,10 so the next numbers difference is 14,14,18,18 and so on

Firstly difference between each number is taken as
3-1=2,9-3=6, 15-9=6,25-15=101,35-25=10, so in the same way this series will continue..so the next no.should have difference of 14...therfore 35+14=49,49+14= 63,
63+18=81, 81+18=99,99+22=121
so the 10 thno.wil be 121

divide into two series odd place and even place
odd:1^2,3^2,5^2,7^2,9^2.......
even:2^2-1,4^4-1,6^2-1,8^2-1,10^2-1...
ans:100-1=99
