according to there seating management of right hand and left must be follow those position not ours.so arrangement will be like ADBEC or ADCEB

6 possible ways of boys seating ,since girls are not allowed to sit in meddle and at extremes then following should be: A_B_C;A_C_B;B_C_A;B_A_C;C_B_A;C_A_B; with D and E in 2nd and 3rd positions in 6 possible ways.again with D and E interchanged in 3rd and 2nd positions makes other 6 combinations possible. so totally 12 possible ways.
