there should be 47 2s in 50!
and we can write 16^15 as 2^47
then there will remain 2^(60-47)in denominator
now in numerator the last digit will be 5 because all the 2s has removed
now 2^13=8192
when numerator is divided by 8192 the remainder would be 1. because the last digit of denominator is 2..........

remainder is 0.becoz.we can write 16 ^ 15 as 4^30...50! will have many number of zeros in d last...its is divisible by 4...nd any power of 4 smaller tha 50!

ans should be 1 x 2^47, as explained by pankaj after cancelling 2^47 from numerator and denominator remainder is 1. bt in final answer we hv to multiply it by 2^47

Therefore Ans = 2^-14 x 3^22 x 5^12 x 7^8 x 11^4 x 13^3 x 17^2 x 19^2 x 23^2 x 29x31x37x41x43x47

reason :
the value of 50! is 216105129892080882169214875191192738017616943359375
the value of 16^15 is 8192
so the remainder is 1423
