nos. divided by 5 leaving remainder 2 (< 200 )

Sn= n/2(2a+(n-1)d))
Sn1=29/2 *(4+(28)7))
Sn2= 40/2*(4+(39)5))
Sn3=6/2*(2*2+(5)35)
Sn1+Sn2-Sn3=6343

First find the l.c.m of 5,7=35. The no Q will be in the form 35p+2. Putting p=1,2 and so on we get the various values of Q which satisfy the above condition.putting p=1,2,3,.....5 then p will be 37,72,107,142,177 respectively...hence the sum is 535.

this is not the correct answer.
you have added 2,37,72 etc......(basically 7*5, 7*10, 7*15 etc.......) twice
you need to subtract all these multiples.
(Still i am not getting correct answer)

I think Ananya's Ri8... It's bcoz we've 2 consider both nos. individually as given in qstn... Taking LCM z jst a part of the 3 options (considering 5, considering 7,LCM of 5,7).. so d ans z 6343...

nos. divided by 5 leaving remainder 2 (< 200 )

First upone u have calculate the lcm of 5and 7 =35
then no=35p+2;.which satisfy the above condition.putting p=1,2,3,.....5 then p will be 37,72,107,142,177 respectively.which is less than 200.
sum of those no is 37+72+107+142+177=535.
