in the second line,c is replaced and a is b's previous letter ,e is d's next letter. in third line,a is replaced and f is e's next letter , so in that way... b is c's previous letter.. so i think option b

so now b+c+d= 2+3+4=9
a+e+c=1+5+3=9
so similarly F+A+?=9 ==> 6+1+?=9 ==> b is the answer

looking it vertically from top to bottom,the first row signifies the divisors i.e. B=2,C=3,D=4 and the next two rows considering both of them as a single unit as dividend,we see that AF=16(viz. A=1 and F=6),similarly EA=51.
for 1st and 2nd column B divides AF(2 divides 16) and C divides EA(3 divide 51) completely,so for the 3rd column to match this syntax,no other provided options other than (b)B can be used because D divides CB(4 divide 32) completely.
