The remainder is 0
Simply because the remainder of 3686 when divided by 19 is 0

And the modulus functions follows basic arithmetic operations

(a+b) mod n =a mod n + b mod n
(a-b) mod n =a mod n - b mod n
(a*b) mod n =a mod n * b mod n

So, since 3686 mod 19=0
Hence 3682*3684*3686 mod 19 = 15 mod 19 * 17 mod 19 *0 mod 19
= 0 mod 19
