Answer is OPTION B
Circumfrence = 3.14 x 27 x 0.025 m = 21.20m
Total Distance travelled = 75 x 21.20 = 1590m
speed = 1590/60 = 26.85 m/s

The exact solution is:

Our aim is to find out the speed
To find speed we need distance and time taken
distance we dont know
time we know it is 60 seconds

So to find distance

Circumference is pie * d
3.142* 27* 0.025 ( the diameter is in inches so convert it to metre, 1 inch = 0.0254 meter)
circumference is 2.12 meter
Total distance is calculated basicaly using the concept of area covered
here the area covered will be 75 * 2.12 ( bcoz he pedals 75 revolutions per min that has circumference of 2.12 meter
Distance = 75*2.12 = 159 m
Speed = d/t
159/60 = 2.65 m/s

the circumferance of the wheel = pie*d= 3.14*27=84.83. total time wheel roates in 1 pedal=52/14. total revolution in 1 minute= 75 therefore= 84.83*52/14*75== inches/minutes.convert it into m/min
