so linda is the tallest .but we dont know who is the tallest between julia and chelsea so ans is d.

Since Chelsa and juliia are shorter than LINDA and no other data is given to compare between Chelsa and julia "OPTIOn - D " suits the best.

Moreover by elimintaion :
A: Totally rejected.
B: Contradiction of second statemnt of question.
C: No such data available to come to this.
D: As explained in option C therefore fittest option

linda is taller than chelsea,so chelsea is shorter than linda. also julia is shorter than chelsea. but there is no comparison between linda and julia.
