According divisibility rule, last digits are divisible by 4 means that whole number divisible by 4. Last two digit divisible by 4 are : 12,24,32,44,52. So total 5 numbers. The remaining 12 digits are 5^12. Because repetitions allowed. So total 14 digit numbers are = 5^12*5 = 5^13 = 1220703125
