2no is sure to divide b/w 8 ques so no which we need to divide is only=40-(8×2)=24
and by the therom if we want to divide n different thing in r part then formula is=n+r-1Cr-1
So ans is =24+8-1C8-1=31C7

(x1+2)+(x2+2)+(x3+2).............(x8+2)=40
hence x1+x2+x3+.........x8=24....
Apply non negative integer formula 24+8-1C8-1= 31C7

Since there is a condition that each question should get at least 2 marks so first we are giving 2 marks to each of 8 questions.After giving 2 marks to each of 8 questions we have remaining (40-(8*2))=24 marks.Again this 24 marks we have to distribute to 8 questions.This can be done by the rule n+r-1Cr-1.Here n is 24 and r is 8.So the ans is
24+8-1C8-1=31C7
