Assuming you need to get the answer to the last question (as per how options are given)
Worst case scenario is she picks up the gloves of a type with the largest count first...
Then, she would pick up 32 red (even) first , then 25 yellow + 1 blue ( to make it even) and finally 2 blue
So, minimum gloves that need to picked = 32 + 25+1 + 2 = 60
