answer is 54 6/11
easy method is by using the formula |30H-(11/2)M|=degrees
|30*4-(11/2)M|=180 =>By solving, we get 54 6/11

when 2 hands are in opposite directions they are 180/6=30 minutes apart. ow
we know the formula (5h*12/11) [where h is the initial time]
here initial time is 4'o clock. we multiply 5*4=20
now we add 30 minutes with 20 (20+30)=50
according to the rule (50*12/11)=54 6/11 (ans)

this the problem related to clocks
angle=[11/2M-30H]
here angle=180,H(hrs)=4
so
180=[11/2M-30*4]
by solving this u get 54 6/11
