consumption= a(s^2)
where a is a constant
according to given data a=10/36
formula=(12 +(10(s^2)*15/36/100))*100 paise/hr
for getting formula in paise per km we need to divide by distance covered in 1hour =s
formula is=(12 +(10(s^2)*15/36/100))*100/s paise/km
