if n=1 then [1]=0
n=2 then [2]=1
n=3 , [3]=1
n=4, [4]=2
.

n=8, [8]=3
like that we get
1*0+2*1+4*2+8*3+16*4+32*5+64*6+128*7+256*8+512*9+1*10=8204
ans is 8204
