(x1+x2+...x6+x7)/7=38; x1+x2+...x6=6*39 from this we get x7=32 years

39-38=1
1*7=7
so new man's age must be 7 year less then 39(average age of 6 person)
so ans.39-7=32 year

Sum of age of six persons = 6*39 = 234
Average age of six persons + new person = average age of six person-1
= 38
234+Age of new person = 38 * 7
Age of new person = 266-234
= 32 years
