Split into three sequences:
First sequence: 2, 4, 8, 16 (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th element)
Second sequence: 13, 8, 3, ? (2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th element)
Third sequence: 2, 3, 5, ? (3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th element)

We need the 11th element so we'll focus on second sequence. Here, we are subtracting -5 from every element. 13 -> 8 -> 3 -> -2. Our answer is -2.

3 seperate sequence
2,13,2
(2*2)4,8(13-5),3(2+1) from above series
(4*2)8,3(8-5),5(3+2)
(8*2)16,-2(3-5),8(5+3)

So answer is -2,8

There are 3 sequence
2 13 2 4 8 3 8 3 5 16....
2*2=4
13-5=8
2*2-1=3

4*2=8
8-5=3
3*2-1=5

8*2=16
3-2=-2
5*2-1=9
