Can be answered using BOTH statements
let x be total number of coins
sum of coins=10x
Now we have to try multiples of 10...like 20,30,40,50
on taking total number of coins as 50 i.e. multiple of 10(1st condition), 13 coins are of 5 and 10(2nd conditiion)
On taking some trials, we get Rs5 coins=12, Rs 10 coins=1
So, 5*12+10*1=70
Now we need to arrange remaining 37 coins(50-13=37) is such a way that we must get value 1 less than 70 i.e. 69.
So, 2*32+1*5=69
69+1=70

(5*12)+(10*1)=1+(2*32)+(1*5)

Therefore No. of 1 rupee coins=5

Are you sure that is was 1 greater than 1 and 2??
If this is not the condition and its just that no. of coins of 5 and 10 are greater than that of 1 and 2 then answer could have been
1 coins: 3
2 coins:4
5 coins: 6
10 coins:7

cause:
sum of coins is multiple of 10 => either 10,20,30...
but it cannot be greater than 20 as no. of coins of 1 and 2 are less than 5 & 10
=> coins(1)+coins(2)=7
(13+7=20, which is multiple of 10)
so 3,4,6,7 remain the perfect match here.

given that,5 and 10 coinssum is13.....ana remaining coin1 and coins 2 are less than 5,10 coins......so,as per question 3,4,6,7is answer

but guys it is written that sum of no. of 5 and 10 coins is 1 more than no. of 1 and 2 coins. So how it is possible answer???

Question can't be answered on the basis of the two statements
