For 100 days , Price of commodity rises to 100+(100*0.1)=110.................................. (1)
and then stays constant

For n days price of 2nd commodity rises to 89+(0.15*n)............................................... (2)

Equating (1) and (2)
110=89+(n*0.15)

we get n=140

Which is May 20'

So, answer is (b) May 20
