A+B in one day can complete 1/8 work
B+C in one day can complete 1/12 work
C+A in one day can complete 1/8 work
When you add left hand side, you get 2(A+B+C)
When you add right hand side, you get 1/8 + 1/12 + 1/8 = 1/3
i.e. 2(A+B+C)=1/3
A+B+C=1/6 (means A+B+C together do 1/6 work in a day.)
Therefore, A+B+C will complete work in 6 days.

LCM(8,12,8)=24
(A+B) 1 day work=24/8=3
(B+C) 1 day work=24/12=2
(A+C) 1 day work=24/8=3
(A+B+C) 1day work=(3+2+3)/2=4
A+B+C will complete work in =24/4=6 days

(A+B )1 day work=1/8......eq.(1)
(B+C )1 day work=1/12......eq.(2)
(A+C)1 day work=1/8......eq.(3)
ON ADDING EQ.1,2 &3
2(A+B+C)=1/8+1/12+1/8=1/3
(A+B+C )1 day work=1/6
=6 DAYS

(A+B+C)=(2*8*12*8)/((12*8)+(8*8)+(8*12))

Ans will be 6 days

Take the LCM of 8,12,8=24
so A+B in one day work=3
B+C in one day work=2
A+C in one day work=3
(A+B)+(B+C)+(A+C)=8
so 24/8=3
2(A+B+C)=3
A+B+C=3*2=6

=1536/(96+96+64)
=6 days

(A+B) + (B+C )+(C+A) = > 2(A+B+C) = 1/8 + 1/8 + 1/12
= 1/4 (1/2 + 1/2 + 1/3 )
= 1/4 ( 0.5 +0.5 + 1/3 ) => 1/4 (1+ 1/3)
= 1/4 (4/3) = > 1/3
A+B+C = 1/2 * 1/3
= 1/6 ---------> WORK IN 1 DAY
= 6 ------------> DAYS needed to complete work

LCM OF 8,12,8 =24=total work
a+b=3 ,b+c=2,a+c=3
add above three equations 2(a=b+c)=8
a+b+c=4
(A+B+C) working together =24/4
=6

total work =24 units
a+b =3unit/day
b+c=2unit/day
a+c=3 unit/day
2(a+b+c)=8unit/day
a+b+c=4unit/day

total work=24units

efficiency=total work/no. of days
=24/4===6 days

ans==6days
