Aunt's only brother= My father
Ans: Father

only brother of ur mother or aunt (mother's sister) = uncle
i met my uncle
so A met his/her uncle ...
but option is not given lol

here A said only brother of daughter of his grand mother. Grand mother would be either paternal or maternal . If it is maternal grand mother then grand mother daughter should be mother. then the mother's brother will be uncle. But there is no option uncle. So it should be father

according to the options , all the relations are same and below to A generation. In question point of view A met grand mother's son with is above the generation. So, answer is father.
