take the present time as 13:45
the the clocks time lag by 13min
now add the extra time of 1:30 the the time will be 15:15
and now add 15 to it
hence the present time is 15:30 hrs

the time in the clock before 1hour 30min is 13.45, so the current time is 15.15. A clock misses 1min for each hour after the midnight. so for 15 hrs it will miss 15 minutes . Therefore at 15th hr , the real time will be 14:45. The current time is given as 15:15.so add 15 more minutes with it. and the ans will be 15:00.

The present time is 13.45.
And it delays a minute for 1hr.
So after 1hr it must be 14.45 but it would be 14.44.
Since in the question it is asked for 1hr 30min it would be 14.44+0.50 = 14.94 and it exceeds 60.
So split it as 15.34. So this is the exact time.
