Let the speed s of the car starting from P and Q be A and B respectively, then
Time taken to meet, when travelling in opposite direction with relative speed of A+B is 80/(A+B)=1 or A+B= 80 ----(i) and
Time taken when faster car overtakes slower car in the same direction with relative speed A-B is 80/(A-B)=4 or 4A -4B= 80 ----(ii)
On solving (i) & (ii), A=50, B=30
