Take first and Second Terms and subtract =2
Third=4=2^2
Take fourth and fifth terms and subtract=2
Sixth=8=2^3
Take seventh and eighth terms and subtract(Assume eighth term to be x) = 16-x which should be equal to 2 in accordance with the pattern recognized. Therefore, 16-x=2; x=16-2; x=14 ANSWER
And Ninth term should be 2^4=16 respectively.

16-2=14,14+2=16,16*2=32,so the next number would be 14,16 and so on

leave middle number add first and 3rd 4+4=8,then 2nd and 3rd one 2+4=6
in the same way 8+8=16 , answer is 6+8=14
