AGE E+E= even number (sum of 2 same number is even) [can be 0,2,4,6,8,.. upto ...18]
+AGE E cannot be 0 as when we add 0+0=0 and L cannot be the same digit (0) .

GOAL
If we take G=1, than A+A=10+O and from 3rd column if we put G=1, A will be either 2 or 3 (if E+E generates a carry). So A+A will never be 10+O.
Therefore G=0 and A=1 as A and G will not have same number, So E will be 5 or above to generate a carry (10+L or 1 as carry ). E cannot be 5 as last digit is 0(G is 0 so L cannot be 0), E cannot be 6 as last digit is 2(O is 2 so L cannot be 2) thus E=7.
Thus, G=0, O=2, A=1, L=4.
So, OO+AA = 22+11 =33.
