In 2nd group, let 4 men takes x days to complete the work, then 1 men --- 4x days --- 1 work
So 1 man --- 1 days --- 1/4x work
In 1st group, 6 men --- (1/3)x days --- 2/3 work
=> 6 men --- x/2 days --- 1 work OR 1 man --- 3x days --- 1 work
Hence ratio of 1 day work of 2 men of 1st group to 4 men of 2nd group=2*(1/3x) : 4*(1/4x) = 2 : 3
