Let the present total age of 11 players be 11x
Their total age before 3 years=11x - (11*3) = 11x -33
Let the 3 players of average age 33 are replaced by 3 new youngsters of average age of y years, then
Present total age of 11 players = 11x-33 = 11x - 3*33 + 3*y
=> 3y=66 or y=22

8*x+3*30=8*(x+3)+3*y
3*30=8*3+3*y
y=22

3 years before.
Total Age of 11 player is = 11*33=363
Present Age of players is (11-3)
currently 8 old player =8*33+(8*3)=264+24=288
Avg age of younger player is= 363-288=75
75/3=25

let , age of 11-3 =8 players age sum =x ,old players current age p,q,r .youngsters =a ,b ,c
x+a+b+c/11 =x+p+q+r-(11*3)/11
also
p+q+r/3=33 =>p+q+r=99
putting in one
a+b+c=66
a+b+c/3=22

current_average_age = (p1 + p1 + p1 + ..... + p11) / 11 p1, p2, p3 are young players.

old_average_age_before_three_year = (o1 + o2 + o3 + (p4-3) + (p5-3) +...+ (p11-3)) / 11 = ((o1 + o2 + o3 + p4 + .... + p11) - 24) / 11 o1, o2, o3 are old players which are now replaced by young players.

both average ages are equal so we have

(p1 + p2 + p3 + .... + p11) / 11 = ((33 + 33 + 33 + p4 + p5 + ... + p11) - 24) / 11
On solving ..
(p1 + p2 + p3) / 3 = 25
