Ratio of abc will be 24 :40:25,

Amt of b in 35 litr of mixture of a,b,c = 40*35/89 =15.73 ltrs

simple way to get the ratio of three quantities is,
consider, a : b and b : c
multiply the common term in both the ratios, i.e. 'b' with 'a' & 'b' and secondly, multiply c with the common term 'b'
(a*b) : (b*b) : (c*b) , we get,
24 : 40 : 25
24x+40x+25x=35
x=35/89
we need the amt of b, so 40x=40*(35/89)=15.73

Let b = amt of b in each mixture
:
Put a & c in terms of b
:
a%2Fb = 3%2F5
5a = 3b
a = 3%2F5b
a = .6b

:
b%2Fc = 8%2F5
8c = 5b
c = 5%2F8b
c =.625b
:
Add together
a + b + b + c = 35
.6b + 2b + .625b = 35
3.225b = 35
b = 35%2F3.225
b = 10.85 litres in the final mixture
