Helen's age before 4 year ago is x then Athena's age was 2x.
=> x=2x
now, their age is x+4=2x+4
after 4 years their age will be 4/3(x+4+4)=2x+4+4

=>4/3(x+8)=2x+8
=>4x+32=6x+24
=>x=4

Now Athena's age is 2x+4
So, 2*4+4=8+4=12
Binary of 12 is 1100

So, option D is answer.
