in his 50th move he can make sure that he had taken a pair of each color.
there are 28 black so he could only make 1 pair in 28th move and there are 20 red so only in the 48th move he could be sure that he got atleast two colors and remaining one color could be take in 2 moves therefore totally 50 moves

generally if three different colour socks of different number is given and you have to choose a pair in each colour.add the first and second highest number and then add two to the result you would get answer.here 28+20=48.then 48+2=50
