At least 3 men between two women means ,
3 men between two women or 4 men between two women or 5 men between two women or 6 men bet 2 women or 7 m bet 2 w. or 8 m bet bet 2 w. 9 men bet 2 women or finally 10 men between two women.
hence there are seven condition 7/12 is right ans.

as it is a circular table it will be n-1
given n=12
therefore
=(5)/(n-1)
=5/(12-1)
=5/11

1-P(m>=3)=1-(5/12)=7/12

Circular Table, between 2 female there should always be 3 or more than 3 males, So possible are:
1) 3 males 2) 4 males 3) 5 males 4) 6 males 5) 7 males. Cannot be 8 males because then from other side only 2 males will be between females.
So for all 5 cases, we can arrange 10 males in 10! ways. So total ways = 5 * 10!
Total ways of arranging 12 people on circular table = (12-1)! = 11!
So probability = 5*10! / 11! = 5/11
