I am very sorry to inform you that there was delay in the project delivery as our team member had fallen sick.His presence is very much important at this level of project. Dear client,
I am hereby to inform you tat the project scheduled on the last week may not be be delivered on specified date.the reason for this is my team member is suffering from fever since two days. think it will take a maximum of 3 days to complete the project.so, apologize for the delay of your project and I assure you that will not occur again

I am extremely sorry to inform you that we are unable to finish the project on time since our one of the team member who was playing a vital role in this project went seriously ill as he is suffering from typhoid which will take some time to recover so there is a delay in the project.But I humbly request you to give us some more time so that we can successfully complete the project.
