ex:41)consider teacher is in the class as "P".and children will either read or keep quiet as "Q"
now write 2 solutions i.e p->q or negation q->negationp and check the answer.
so answer is 3 bcz it follows 2nd condition

sorry not 44 its 43...ans is D. and the 44 ans is B
coz in case of unless negative end of 2nd part and first part remain unchanged...
so ans is the house is not dissolved and the president rule is not imposed means the party got a majority.
and here or becomes and coz of negation..since negation of (p or q)=negation of p and negation of q.

Either he is drunk(1) or he is ill(2).

In such cases, if not 1 then 2. And if not 2 then 1.

Meaning,

if he is not drunk then he is definitely ill
if he is not ill, then he is definitely drunk
so in 44 question the ans is D.
