probability of chosing a bag=1/3
now probability of white box from bag1=3/6
similarly from bag 2=1/6
from bag 3=5/9
so final probablility of not getting a white box=1-p(getting white box)
=1-[1/3(3/6+1/6+5/9)]
=16/27

probability of choosing a bag=P(A1)=P(A2)=P(A3)=1/3
now probability of choosing a white ball among each bag=P(B/A1)=1/2, P(B/A2)=1/6, P(B/A3)=5/9
now (A1ᴨB), (A2 ᴨB ) and (A3ᴨB) are mutually exclusive anb
B=(A1ᴨB)ᴜ(A2ᴨB) ᴜ( A3ᴨB)
P(B)=P (A1ᴨB)+P(A2ᴨB) +P( A3ᴨB)
P(B)=P(A1)P(B/A1)+P(A2)P(B/A2)+P(A3)P(B/A3)
=1/6+1/18+5/27
=44/108
Probability of not choosing white ball=1-44/108=16/27

prob. of getting a black from first bag:1/2
prob. of getting a black from second bag:5/6
prob. of getting a black from third bag:4/9
so total probability:1/3(1/2+5/6+4/9)=16/27

Choosing a bag will be 1/3
then white ball from bag one =1/2
from bag two=1/6
from bag three=5/9

so overall probability will be
1-[1/3*(1/2+1/6+5/9)]==16/27
