only see the marks of chemistry
there are 5 persons R S T U V ...
V get frist mean V=5;
R get 24 total mean 5 in eng+5 in Math+ 5in phy+5 in HIndi+4 in chemistry(Because V have 5)=24
T get Consistent score mean avg =2 in 4 sub so t=2 in chemistry
at last S and U in alphabetic order so s > U ..S=3 marks and U= 1 marks

according to question,R S T U V are in alphabetical order and V is first in chem
so following table is the only possible way:-

as t gets consistent marks in each subject so either it is 4th position or 5th
so the only space which is left is 3rd so s score 3rd in chemistry
