Suppose total salary of zayed be X and Sandeep be Y.
Condn 1: 20%X > 25%Y So,X/Y > 1.25
but it is not clear whether X/y >1.33

Considering Condition 2: 10%X < 13%Y So, X/Y < 1.3,
Therefore,it is eclear that
On children education, Sandeep spends more than Zayed on education since 3X < 4Y.


so question can be answered by using one of the statements alone but not by using the other statement alone.
