Let speed of car be x kmph.
Then the speed of train = (150/100)*x
= (3/2)*x

Therefore,
(75/x) - (75/(3/2)*x) = 12.5/60
(75/x) - (50/x) = 5/4
x = (25*24)/5
x = 120 kmph
The speed of car is 120 kmph.

train's speed-s,car's speed-s/2
(75/s)+(12.5/60)=75/(s*2)
=>s=360
car's speed=180 kmph
