take values of x , y , z as 9 , 9 , 7 respectively.... in these 3 cases
@ X+Y-Z
@ X*(Y-Z)
@ X-(Y-Z)
so here answer is 16+ 11 =27

from this end Alok proposes the max value as 9. Bhanu in order to minimize assigns the value for Z. then inorder to minimize Bhanu assigns the values for X & Y as 0. As Alok proposes values for the rest of the variables but Bhanu does not recognize them. So the ans will be--->
N=16+0+0-9
i.e. N= 7.

replace x+y-z by 11,x*(y-z) by 18
