freshmen/sophomores = 2/3
sophomores/juniors = 5/6
juniors/seniors =3/5

mulitiplying these three,we get
freshmen /seniors = 2/3 * 5/6 *3/5 = 1/3

freshmen:seniors=1:3

freshmen:sophomores=2:3--------->1
sophomores:juniors=5:6-------------->2
to make the sophomores in equal ratio multiply equ with 5 n equ with 3
equ 1-------------> 10:15
equ 2-------------->15:18
there fore the ratio to freshmen: sophomores : juniors = 10:15:18
the ratio for juniors to seniors = 3:5
to make equal ratio multiply the equation with 6 ---------------->18:30
freshmen/seniors=10:30 ----> 1:3

F/So = 2/3 , So/J=5/6 , J/Se=3/5

So, F/J=2/3*5/6= 5/9 & F/Se= 5/9*3/5=1/3
