take total work unit:120(l.c.m of 8,10,12)
george=>120/8=15units,paul=>120/10=12units,hari=>120/12=10units.
first two hours all the three members are worked.so,
=>2(15+12+10)
=>74
=>remaining=120-74=46
=>46/(12+10)
=>appr 2 hours
so the work will be completed at 1 pm.

let the total unit of work be 120
now
george can complete a work in 8 hour
it means he does 15 units work per hour . ( AS 8*15= 120)
SIMILARLY
paul does 12 unit of work per hour . ( AS 10*12=120)
AND hari does 10 units of work per hour .
now
G+P+H does 15+12+10 = 37 UNITS OF WORK PER HOUR

G+P+H WORKS FOR 2 HOURS AND AFTER THAT GEORGE STOP WORKING
THEY WORK FOR 2 HOURS (9.00 AM TO 11.00 AM ) that is THEY COMPLETE 37*2 (74) UNIT OF WORK

TOTAL WORK =120
REMAINING WORK 120-74=46
NOW P+H DOES THE REMAINING 46 UNIT OF WORK
P+H= 22 UNIT OF WORK PER HOUR

NOW , TIME = 46 UNIT OF WORK DIVIDED BY 22 UNIT OF WORK PER HOUR
46/22 = 2 2/22 THAT IS 2 1/11 = 2.09

HENCE TOTAL TIME = 2 HRS + 2 HRS + 0.9 = 4.09

FROM 9:00 AM + 4 HRS + .09 MIN === 1.09 PM ..
