prob. for 1st attempt=2/20=1/10
prob. for 2nd attempt=7/18
prob. for 3rd attempt=5/11
so,prob. of next program will run
=(prob of not run in 1st attempt)(prob of not run in 2nd attempt)(prob of run in 3rd attempt)
=(1-(1/10))(1-(7/18))(5/11)
=(9/10)(11/18)(5/11)
=1/4 (option 1)

probability for first attempt is 2/20 = 1/10
probability for second attempt is 7/18
so the probability for third attempt will be 1- (1/10 + 7/18) = 1/5 (ans-4)
