Divide 31p into 5 parts such as 16p,8p,4p,2p,1p.
So we can provide Exact change at the counter.i.e
1p for 1p(if the ticket is 1p .
2p for 2p.//if the ticket is 2p
1p and 2p for 3p // if the ticket is 3p
4p for 4p
1p and 4p for 5p
2p and 4p for 6p
1p and 2p and 4p for 7p.....

we will take 2^n ,where 2^n31 , so dnt take it
let n=4
2^4=16 which is less than 31

so our ans will be n+1=4+1 i.e 5 (ANS)
2^0 2^1 2^2 2^3 2^4
1 2 4 8 16

so max 5 coins

It is solved as:
1*2*4*8*16=31
Thus answer is 5 coins..
