RED + GREEN + BLUE = 20
GREEN = 7

SOLUTION:
R + G < 13
THEREFORE R + 7 < 13
SO r < 6
ANS: AT most 5 red balls

Given R + B + G = 17; G = 7; and R + G < 13. Substituting G = 7 in the last equation, We get R < 6. So maximum value of R = 6

My Answer is: B

Green Red Blue
7 + ? + ? = 20 Balls

Green + Red < 13
7 + 6 = 13 (condition didn't exist)

7 + 5 = 12 (condition satisfies here)

So at most 5 red balls will be there.
