I think the question might be like this
(-3,6,1),(-2,4,-1),(-1,2,-3) (x, y, z)
In each group 1st number increases by "1" ==> {-3, -2, -1, x}
so x = -1 + 1 = 0

2nd number decreases by "2" ==> {6, 4, 2, y}
so y = 2 - 2 = 0

In each group, subtract "5" from 2nd number... you ll get 3rd number...
6 - 5 = 1
4 - 5 = -1
2 - 5 = -3
y - 5 = z ==> 0 - 5 = -5
So x = 0, y = 0, z = -5

Next 3 numbers are 0, 0, -5

1st number in each group increases by 1
-3,-2,-1,0,..

2nd number in each group decreases by 2
6,4,2,0,...

3rd number in each group alternately decreases by 2 then increases by 4
1,-1,3,1...
