All the statements on the sheets are true. Starting from the 1st lets assume its true now statement 2 says "at most 2 true statements". Let us see if this condition can be satisfied, yes it can be. If 2nd is correct, and we have already assumed 1 is correct we have two correct statements. Similarly we can state for the rest of the statements to be true.

'All statements are true.' is correct.

If All statements are true, only statement 40 will be true and then First 39 statements are automatically false as they state that atmost n ( n

c) let n=27 then n statements are true. which satisfy the given condition that at most n of the statements are true. remaining may be false.
