Men = 448/552 * 23/27 * 56 = 81
Add men = 81-56 = 25.

(men*days*hours)/workdone =(men*days*hours)/workdone
(56*27)/448=(x*23)/552
x=81
81-56=25

Work done in 27 days=448/1000 =56/125 ,Remaining work=1-(56/125)=69/125
As 56/125 work is done by 56 men in 27 days, so
56 men's 1 day work=56/(125*27) &
1 man's 1 day work= 56/(125*27*56) =1/(125*27)
Now in remaining 50-27= 23 days, work to be completed=69/125
which will be done by 56 men for 23 days & additional 'x' men for 23 days
56 men's 23 days work=(56*23)/(125*27) &
'x' men's 23 days work=23x/(125*27)
[(56*23)/(125*27)]+[23x/(125*27)]=69/125
[(56*23)+(23x)]/27 =69
1288+23x=1863 ,x=25

at a time,
men proportional to (1/day) and work
so (men*day/work)=constant
by applying this divide problem in two parts
one for 56men 27days 448m work
other part (56+x)men 23days 552m work
and ans is 25

Work done in 27 days=448/1000 =56/125 ,Remaining work=1-(56/125)=69/125
As 56/125 work is done by 56 men in 27 days, so
56 men's 1 day work=56/(125*27) &
1 man's 1 day work= 56/(125*27*56) =1/(125*27)
Now in remaining 50-27= 23 days, work to be completed=69/125
which will be done by 56 men for 23 days & additional 'x' men for 23 days
56 men's 23 days work=(56*23)/(125*27) &
'x' men's 23 days work=23x/(125*27)
[(56*23)/(125*27)]+[23x/(125*27)]=69/125
[(56*23)+(23x)]/27 =69
1288+23x=1863 ,x=25

1 MAN BUILS IN 23 DAYS (8/27)*23=6.81 METERS
56 MEN 381.62 METERS
REMAINING =552-381.62=170.37
MORE MEN =170.37/6.81=
25MEN

Let N men builds remaining 552 meters in remaining 23 days

(people*days)/work=(people*days)/work

(56*27)/448 = (People*23)/552
27/8 = people/24
people=81

Extra men required = 81 - 56 = 25
