Go with answer
Check 22 ..,den man 10 step=12 elevator step
Now if man goes with same speed the 25 step= 30;elevator steps
But since he raised his speed by 10 times the elevator will be able to move only 30/10 steps ..,so if he goes 25 step up which elevator goes 3 step down....so 25-3=22

it is clear from question that man is coming down at speed of 100and covered 25 steps 100/25=4
4*10=40
40/2
=20
