6 commanders, 5 women lieutenants, 5 men lieutenants.
there will be at least 4 commanders, 2 female lieutenants, 2 male lieutenants.
so the combinations will be = (6C4 * 5C3 * 5C3)+(6C4 * 5C2 * 5C4)+ (6C4 * 5C4 * 5C2)+ (6C5 * 5C3 * 5C2)+(6C5 * 5C2 * 5C3)+ (6C6 * 5C2 * 5C2)

please calculate the ans on your own :D :P

(6 commandr) (5 women) (5 men)
4 3 3 => (6C4 * 5C3 * 5C3)
4 2 4 => (6C4 * 5C2 * 5C4)
4 4 2 => (6C4 * 5C4 * 5C2)
5 3 2 => (6C5 * 5C3 * 5C2)
5 2 3 => (6C5 * 5C2 * 5C3)
6 2 2 => (6C6 * 5C2 * 5C2)

523= (6c5 * 5c2 * 5c3)= 6x10x10= 600+
