ans i think 4. cant determined because

let listed price x
then sp = 9x/10 as 10 % rebate

so equ= 9x/10 = original cp + 70(profit ) . 2 unknown variable so not possible as we do nt have another equation

profit rs=70
sold it 10%
cost price=70*100/10=700

Ans- (C)700
given:
Discount-10%
profit-rs70
let cp=x
total discount=x-x*10/100 =9x/10
means sp=9x/10
and, cp=x
given profit=70
we know formula
cp-sp=profit
x-9x/10=70
x=700
