5678/460 gives r 158 so add (460-158) + 35 = 337

5678/460 gives remainder 158.
(460-158=302)
302+35+460=797(ans)

subtracting 35 from 5678 we get 5678.
now divide 5678 with 460 we get remainder 123 so add 337(i.e460-123) to 5678

hence answer is 337

5678/460= remainder comes 158.
now we have to add a number to 158 such that it becomes divisible by 460 and 35 comes as remainder....
so...we have to add (460-158)=302 to the dividend
but...to make remainder as 35 we again have to add 35 to 302 i.e, (302+35)=337
hence....5678+337=6015 which is the answer

Let the quotient be q and the number to be added to 5678 be x when we divide 5678+x by 460 to yield a remainder of 9.
So,(5678+x)-460q=35
x=460q-5643
We want to find a value of q such that 460q is just greater than 5643 as x can't be negative.
Now for q=13, 460q=5980 Thus, 5980-5678=337=x

12*230=2760
it means 79 is left.if u add35+(230-79) u get 35 remainder.so ans is 186.

5980/460=13
so 337 is the answer

so,5678+(460-158)=5980 can be divided by 460
5980+35=6015 leaves remainder 35 when divided, therefore required number is:
6015-5678=337
